The Long beach marathon has hit the news headlines for today as it has become the biggest event to raise charity money for the locals of Long Beach. This event is expected to be having more than ninety thousand participants who will be entering different races of various categories. The bicycle races and the marathon of five kilometers will be the categories of races in the Long Beach Marathon event. The bicycle races will includes a route of almost twenty six miles which Is the most distinctive race of this event. Almost three thousand runners will participate in the five kilometers race and the sane number of teenagers will participate in the cycling race as well. The authorities of Long Beach Marathon are expecting more than sixty five thousand spectators who will stand beside the route of these races in the streets of the city to watch all the racers.

The Long Beach Marathon will end on its final destination which is the Shoreline Village where an expo of free health and wellness will be prepared for the participants along with a fair at the Convention center of Long Beach as well. Many of the popular websites will also show the Long Beach Marathon event online. The organizer of these races John Parks have made an estimate of one million dollars which will be earned from this huge event and donate this money in charity. John has decided to improve the facilities for the people as well as the children living within the areas of Long Beach as well.
